Copywriting and Editing

Michale Lang’s writing is coloured by real-life experience. She writes about diverse topics ranging from science to art to history. Her inquiring mind guides her research. When co-authoring Yellowstone to Yukon: The Journey of Wildlife and Art, she explored parts of that vast corridor by car, on foot, by canoe and on horseback. Bears: Tracks through Time and Yellowstone to Yukon: The Journey of Wildlife and Art required research into wildlife biology and management as well as art and history. To write An Adventurous Woman Abroad: The Selected Lantern Slides of Mary T. S. Schäffer demanded a deep knowledge of both the art and science of photography. To further understand Mary’s adventures, Michale went horse packing in a remote area of the northern Canadian Rockies. Michale’s books, articles and copy reflect a unique, embodied perspective. Michale’s funding proposals have been successful in obtaining both project and operational funding.
